This Privacy Policy explains how BLUE ONE HUNDRED ("Blue One Hundred", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data through this website, blueonehundred.com. It is written to the Law on Personal Data Protection (Law No. 91/2025/QH15) and Decree No. 356/2025/ND-CP.
It covers only this website. It does not cover the bespoke software systems we build for schools under separate contracts, which are governed by the agreement with each school.

What this policy covers
This policy applies to personal data we collect through this website. The website is informational. We do not sell anything on it, take payments, or run user accounts.
The personal data we collect
We collect personal data only when you choose to send us an enquiry through the contact form. The form asks for:
- Full name (required)
- Work email address (required)
- Phone number, and whether that number also uses Zalo (required)
- The name of your school or organisation (required)
You may also provide, if you wish:
- Your role
- The type of school
- Your preferred contact method and the best time to reach you
- A message
We do not ask for, or want, sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not include it in your message.
The form also carries a hidden field used only to detect automated spam. If it is completed, the submission is treated as spam and discarded. That value is never stored or sent.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use the personal data you submit for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it.
Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box and submitting the form, and, where applicable, the need to take steps at your request before entering into a possible agreement. We do not use your data for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
You do not have to provide the optional information. If you do not provide the required information, we may be unable to identify your enquiry or to reply.
Who processes your data for us
We keep your enquiry within our own inbox and use service providers to run this website and deliver our email. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own purposes.
- Vercel Inc. (United States): hosts this website and runs the code that processes the form.
- Resend (United States): delivers the enquiry from the website to our inbox.
The fonts on this site are served from our own website, not from a third-party font service, so your visit is not disclosed to a font provider.
International transfer of data
Our website host and our email provider are located in the United States. This means that when you send an enquiry, your personal data is transferred to and processed outside Vietnam.
We transfer this data so that we can receive and answer your enquiry. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers that apply appropriate security. By submitting the form you are informed of, and agree to, this international transfer.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we are in contact with you about your enquiry, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, after which we delete them. We may keep correspondence for longer where we need to in order to comply with the law or to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.

We limit access to enquiries to the people who need it to reply. We use reputable providers and standard security measures appropriate to a small website. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use the smallest possible set of cookies and storage, and only to make the site work. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
- A "locale" cookie that remembers whether you are reading the site in Vietnamese or English, so the language toggle stays on your choice. It lasts up to one year.
- A "theme" value stored in your browser that remembers whether you chose light or dark appearance.
